The Performance and Essential Materials segment offers ethylene, polyethylene, chlor-alkali, chlorinated derivative products, ethylene dichloride, vinyl chloride monomer, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), epoxy specialty resins, and base epoxy resins and intermediaries.
